About this stay
Tindiga Tented Camp is a small, traditional camp just 1.5 kilometers from Lake Eyasi, home to the Hadzabe and Datoga peoples. The ten spacious cream canvas tents sit on a hill overlooking the shrubland of the Eyasi ecosystem, with Mount Masumbuku to the west and the distant hills of Ngorongoro to the north. Tents are en suite with mosquito nets, candles and electric lighting, and the camp has a cosy rustic dining room with an intimate bar, a fireplace and boma lounge area, and is a favorite for birding and guided nature walks. Guests can also arrange a visit to the nearby Hadzabe bushmen.
