Lake Burunge Baobab Tented Lodge

Lake Burunge Baobab Tented Lodge is a safari lodge near Tarangire National Park, offering 30 rooms elevated on platforms with breathtaking views of Lake Burunge and the national park beyond. The lodge combines comfortable accommodation with easy access to Tarangire's famous elephant herds and baobab-studded landscapes. Accommodation consists of 20 double tents and 10 bungalows. Each bungalow includes one king bed (convertible to twins) and one queen bed, designed for families and groups. All rooms feature air conditioning, fans, and 240-volt solar-generated power with standby generator backup. Elevated wooden platforms provide panoramic lake and park views from every room. The lodge features a well-appointed common area with lounges, a restaurant serving European and African cuisine, and a 25-metre swimming pool for relaxation after game drives. The location on the shores of Lake Burunge offers unique birdwatching opportunities alongside the classic Tarangire safari experience.
