Kudu Lodge

Kudu Lodge sits on the edge of Karatu town, about 2 kilometers from the main Ngorongoro road and roughly 40 kilometers from the Ngorongoro Crater. The property covers eleven acres of tropical gardens and farmland, with free standing en suite bungalows arranged among mature trees and lawns. Accommodation ranges from Ruaha Rondavels (twin, triple or single) and Serengeti Suites (double or single) to the larger Tembo Retreat family houses (double, twin, triple or quadruple). Guests have access to a year round outdoor swimming pool, the Mrembo Spa, a restaurant and bar with an outdoor fireplace, a gift shop, conference and board rooms, and free WiFi throughout. A separate campsite with hot showers and kitchen facilities sits nearby. The lodge makes a comfortable, relaxed base for exploring Ngorongoro, Lake Manyara, Tarangire and the wider northern safari circuit.
