Kirawira Serena Camp

Kirawira Serena Camp is a luxury colonial-style tented camp in the Western Serengeti, part of the prestigious Serena Hotels chain. Opened in 1998, it features 25 splendidly appointed tents with spectacular views of the Serengeti plains and is positioned along the Great Migration's western corridor route. Each tent is raised on timber platforms and steeped in Edwardian charm — steamer trunks, writing desks, brass lamps, rugs, sepia photographs, and four-poster beds with patchwork quilts. Exquisite bathrooms feature carved mahogany furniture, classic black-and-white tiled floors, twin marble basins, walk-in showers, and separate flushing toilets. Every guest receives personal attention from their own dedicated tent valet. The camp offers spa facilities, a sun terrace, lush gardens, and an outdoor swimming pool.
