Kilemakyaro Mountain Lodge sits in Moshi town, on the lower slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro, and serves as a comfortable base for climbers and safari travelers alike. The property is built around mature gardens and lawns, with 40 rooms in spacious rondavels, each with a private balcony, mosquito nets and views over the grounds or the mountain.
Guests can relax by the pool, dine in the lodge restaurant serving local and international dishes, or take a stroll through the gardens, where resident giraffe are sometimes seen grazing on the lawns.
