Kigelia Ruaha

Kigelia Camp by Nomad Tanzania is an authentic safari camp deep in the heart of Ruaha National Park, offering six luxurious walk-in tents on the edge of the Ifuguru Sand River — a natural wildlife corridor. The camp embodies classic safari style with modern comforts in one of Tanzania's wildest and most remote parks. Each tent features shaggy thatch roofing, locally crafted furniture, comfortable beds with crisp white linen, and a star bed attached for sleeping under the African sky. En-suite bathrooms include flush toilets and traditional outdoor bucket showers heated on demand. Guests enjoy private verandas overlooking the dry riverbed where wildlife regularly passes. The main mess tent has a lounge area with comfy sofas, chairs, and coffee table books.
