Imara Escapes Kogatende sits in the Northern Serengeti within a five minute drive of Mara River Crossing Points 1 and 2, which puts guests close to the migration river crossings without a long transfer. The camp keeps to ten private tented suites, among them a honeymoon suite and a family suite, each with high canvas ceilings, custom timber furniture, an en suite bathroom with hot running water, and a decked veranda facing the plains. Through the migration months the wildebeest and zebra gather and graze around the camp itself, so a fair share of the game viewing happens from a lounge chair.
