About this stay
Ikoma Hills is a sustainable safari lodge perched on a hill overlooking the plains of the Ikoma Wildlife Management Area, which adjoins the Serengeti National Park in northern Tanzania. Opened in 2023, the lodge combines sustainability with comfort, powered entirely by solar electricity.
The lodge features 12 comfortable modular luxury tents, each with a terrace offering panoramic views of the Serengeti landscape. Every tent includes a bathroom with shower, toilet, and washbasin, as well as a small work desk. 24-hour electricity is provided thanks to local solar equipment.
Guests can enjoy a restaurant, bar, and swimming pool overlooking the enchanting Serengeti landscape. Rejuvenating massages by the pool are available after hours of game driving. The lodge's location on the Grumeti River banks provides excellent wildlife viewing opportunities.
