Aluna Beach Apartments

Aluna Nungwi Beach Apartments is a small, 11 room boutique hotel just steps from Nungwi Beach on the northern tip of Zanzibar. The property blends European architecture with African design details, set around a natural, green courtyard that gives it a relaxed, homely feel. Guests gather on the rooftop terrace for sweeping views over the Indian Ocean and Nungwi village, unwinding in the jacuzzi at sunset or over a cocktail after dark, a setting the hotel says is best enjoyed under the full moon, which inspired its name. Rooms are split across standard, deluxe and sea view or partial sea view categories, most with private balconies, air conditioning, mosquito nets and safe boxes.
